Shipping charge is applied to each horse or pony.

Driving Mileage pertains to the miles driven to,
during, and from the horse show. The total amount is divided by the number of horses and ponies attending the horse show.

$125 per night plus any camping fee charged by the show

The Camper Fee is divided by the number of horses
and ponies attending the horse show.

|
Any hotel expenses incurred by staff are divided
by the number of horses and ponies attending the horse show.

|
|
Lease
of a school horse applies from the day the horse or pony leaves for a horse show through the day it returns. Price may vary for non-school horses.

|
Day
Care includes grooming, daily care and feeding, administration of necessary medications, lunging, wrapping, etc. This charge
applies from the day the horse or pony leaves for a horse show through the day it returns. Tipping your groom is appreciated
at your discretion.

|
Partial Day Care includes daily care and feeding, administration of necessary medications,
and lunging. All other necessary care is the responsibility of the rider. This charge applies from the day the horse or pony
leaves for a horse show through the day it returns. Tipping your groom is appreciated at your discretion.

|
The Training charge is billed for schooling and show
days. Boarders who are on a training package will not be charged for schooling days.
|
|
|
|
Other
expenses that may appear on your bill include Stall, Tack and Grooming Stalls, Paddocks, Feed and Shavings, Night Watch, Supplies,
Golf Car Rental, and other miscellaneous expenses incurred for the horse show. These charges are all divided by the number
of horses and ponies attending the horse show.

The
Check Fee is applied when an attending client does not pay their own horse show entries or braiding bills.
|
|
|
|
Invoice payments are due ten days from the billing date. A late fee of $30 will be applied to those invoices paid after
the due date.
