ITEM	RATE	DESCRIPTION
Monthly Board	$800	Board includes stall cleaning, feeding, watering, daily turnout, scheduling and routine holding for veterinarian and farrier, routine laundry, regular trimming and mane care, wrapping, lunging, and basic supplies. Board is charged on a pre-pay basis.
Non-Training Monthly Board	$900	Non-Training Board is offered for those whose horse may become injured and need recuperation time. All services offered in the regular board are included in addition to any special needs required to help the horse during recovery. Board is charged on a pre-pay basis.
Monthly Training Package	$400	The Monthly Training Package includes lessons scheduled at home and schooling days at horse shows. It also includes training rides provided by staff. This package is charged on a pre-pay basis.
Monthly Training with Horse Show Discount	$300	For those attending a USEF-rated horse show during the month, a $100 discount will be reflected on the next month's board and training invoice.
Commission	15%	A Commission is charged on the sale, purchase, or lease price of a horse or pony.
Body Clipping - Horse/Large Pony	$145	Body Clipping is rendered on an as needed basis.
Body Clipping - Medium/Small Pony	$125	Body Clipping is rendered on an as needed basis.
Alfalfa	$75	Due the premium cost of alfalfa, those clients whose horse or pony requires alfalfa will incur this monthly charge.
Late Fee	$30	Board and training invoice payments are due by the 11th of each month. Clients paying after this date will incur a late fee on their next board and training invoice.
